This approach belief that every person already carries inner strengths, resources, and wisdom. Rather than focusing only on what is “wrong” or “missing,” we work together to recognise and build upon what is already strong in your life. By identifying your skills, values, and resilience, you can feel more empowered to face challenges, create change, and move forward with confidence. Trauma-Informed

A trauma-informed approach means recognising how past experiences can shape the present and creating a safe, supportive environment for healing. Sessions are guided by principles of safety, trust, and choice. You are never pushed to share more than you feel ready for. Instead, we move at your pace, with compassion and care, so that you feel respected, understood, and in control of your own process. This approach honours your story while supporting you to find new ways of relating to yourself and the world.
